Police increased patrols around Gerrards Cross and Stoke Poges last week as they advised residents following a series of burglaries.
Burglars have targeted places in the two areas during Friday afternoons in recent weeks and officers have now asked for residents to report any suspicious behaviour.
As part of Operation Gaddley, police spoke to residents about the recent break-ins and asked them to report anything suspicious, regardless of how trivial the person thinks it is.
The operation ran for 12 hours from 12pm last Friday, December 12, across the two villages.
They also asked residents, if it is safe to do so, to photograph or record on video any suspicious vehicles seen in the area.
As well as heightening patrols, officers will also be conducting automatic number plate recognition operations.
Have you seen anything suspicious? Report it to Thames Valley Police by calling 101.
