GYM staff will be jumping on their bikes on Saturday for a 12-hour spinathon to raise money for a hospice charity.
Three brave staff members from Fitness First on the Wycombe Marsh Retail Park will cycle to raise money for the Florence Nightingale Hospice Charity and Typhoon Haiyan Appeal/British Red Cross.
Gym members and non-members are welcome to dip in and out of the spinathon to help raise more money and support the peddling personal trainers through their gruelling challenge.
Hannah Power, Fitness First Group Activities Manager: “We’re encouraging staff, members and non-members to really get behind this event and take part.
“It’s open to everyone – all abilities, even if you can only cycle for a short period of time. It’s going to be a lot of fun and your donations and support of this event will make a huge difference.”
If you are interested in taking part, the challenge gets underway from 8am on Saturday. To donate visit www.justgiving.com/FFspinathon.
