Attached is a copy of a letter of appreciation from the chairman of the RNLI, Charles Hunter-Pease thanking the Bourne End & District Branch for its fund raising achievements in 2013, the branch raised over £20,000.
Michael Prager, Chairman of the Bourne End & District RNLI branch said, “This letter is a wonderful acknowledgement of the work of the Bourne End Branch helpers and the generosity of our many supporters and contributors in the community. I know that we will be able to count on them again this year to support the dangerous and excellent work that our Lifeboat crews continue to perform in the rivers and seas around our country, and I can only echo the thanks expressed by the chairman of the RNLI to Bourne End”
