Firefighters battle multiple suspected arson attacks in High Wycombe this morning
A series of vehicle fires in High Wycombe early this morning are suspected to be the result of arson attacks, according to firefighters.
Crews battled four separate incidents involving 12 vehicles in total around Abercromby Industrial Estate and Castlefield between 4.30am and 7am this morning.
The first involved eight cars in a car park on the industrial estate, off West Wycombe Road.
Other fires were reported on Booker Lane, Juniper Drive and unction of Abercromby Avenue and Fryers Lane.
It is not yet known if the incidents are linked.
Bucks Fire and Rescue spokesman Fraser Pearson said that some of the vehicles were destroyed by fire, and other partially damaged and sustaining heat damage.
