Zorbing, a climbing wall and a petting zoo were among the attractions as a High Wycombe-based Islamic school celebrated its tenth anniversary.
The Karima Foundation opened itself up to the community with a family fun day at Cressex High School.
Residents of all creeds came along to find out more about the school and to take part in the festivities, which included netball and football tournaments.
Headteacher Parveen Dad said: "This was our way of sharing our success with the whole community, encouraging community relations and getting people to know about us.
"We expected a good response but we didn't quite fathom it would be this good a response."
