A HEALTH Minister will be among Liberal Democrats gathering for a regional party conference in High Wycombe this weekend.
Minister of State for Care Services, Paul Burstow, and Euro MP Sharon Bowles are among the party's big hitters due to speak at the South Central Region event on Saturday.
About 200 members from Buckinghamshire and surrounding counties are expected to attend.
Mrs Bowles, chair of the European Parliament’s Economic & Monetary Affairs Committee, will talk on 'fixing the financial crisis'.
Mr Burstow said: “I am delighted to be asked to speak at the Lib Dems Regional Conference.
"This will provide an opportunity for Lib Dems around the region to discuss the impact our party has had on a variety of health issues."
A variety of lunchtime fringe events including on mental health, the health and social care bill and a special event for younger campaigners will also take place at Cressex Community School, Cressex Road, High Wycombe.
