ACTOR Martin Clunes was a 'mayor behaving badly' in High Wycombe today as filming for his new TV series continued.
The Men Behaving Badly and Doc Martin star was snapped in a mayoral gown walking the High Street by excited shoppers.
Further photos of the actor talking to residents near the Guildhall have been posted on social networking sites.
Clunes plays the "alcohol-soaked" mayor of fictional town Renton in the upcoming three-part ITV drama The Town.
Sherlock villain Andrew Scott leads the cast in the first series written by Laurence Olivier award-winning playwright Mike Bartlett.
The show - out later this year or early 2013 - will feature famous Wycombe landmarks including The Rye and the ‘civic quarter’ around the Town Hall and council offices.
