PLANS to turn a prominent Marlow office block into apartments have been submitted this week.
Developers want to change The Ice House on Dean Street, next to Marlow Police Station, into a block of nine residential flats.
The office complex was vacated in October, with R Clarke Planning Ltd submitting a plan to Wycombe District Council to change the building’s use.
Under new government permitted development rules, full planning permission for the change is not required.
