THE SITE of Marlow’s former cinema could be the latest town centre property to be converted into flats.
An application has been submitted to change the use of Regal House on Station Road from office use to residential.
The proposal uses new government legislation which makes it easier to convert existing commercial properties into housing.
A number of similar applications have been made in the past year which take advantage of the new planning rules, including one on West Street.
If successful, developers Brenard Properties hope to turn the large building, which is just off the bottom of the High Street, into 12 two bedroom apartments.
