MARLOW'S mayor became the latest high profile figure to take on the charity Ice Bucket Challenge this morning - much to the delight of her onlooking subjects.
Suzanne Brown was nominated to undergo the ice shower by the BFP's very own Andy Carswell, after the sports reporter was singled out by Wycombe Wanderers manager Gareth Ainsworth.
A large throng gathered on the Causeway in Marlow at 11am to witness the double bucket icing of the mayor, as a third bucket went around collecting money towards fighting Motor Neurone Disease.
The brave mayor in turn has nominated Marlow Rowing Club's Chris Lenton, Paralympic champion rower.
The internet craze has swept the globe over the last week, with stars such as David Beckham and Will Smith getting a cold shower for charity,
