Family tributes have been paid to the two young friends “who lived life to the full” killed in a horror crash in Beaconsfield last week.

Daniel Horton and Aaron Savin died in a collision on the A355 in Beaconsfield last Tuesday, which also left two elderly people seriously injured.

The families of the 21-year-olds have paid tribute to the "much loved" pair, who have been friends for nearly ten years.

A statement released by police said: "The boys are back in town.

"The families of Aaron Savin & Daniel Horton would like to thank all who have paid their respects and offered their support and condolences during this difficult time.

"Aaron & Daniel were much loved and lived life to the full. Having being friends since they were 12, they could often be seen in Marlow together as they grew up.”

Dozens of floral tributes have been left at the spot on Whippas Hill where the crash happened at around 10.30pm last Tuesday.

Former Great Marlow pupil Daniel worked as a landscape gardener and has been described as a “polite, caring young man”.

Aaron, who studied with Daniel at Berkshire College of Agriculture, was a part time model and actor as well as working with cars.

Both men died at the scene when the BMW 328 coupe they were travelling was involved in a collision with a silver Ford MPV.

A man and woman in the Ford, who were both in their sixties, were taken to John Radcliffe Hospital with serious injuries.

A funeral service for Daniel and Aaron will take place at 12pm on Tuesday, November 25 at All Saints Church in Marlow.

Both families said they will welcome anyone who would like to attend.

A small private service will follow for immediate family only.

A wake will also be held, with details to be confirmed, which is also open to anyone wanting to pay their respects.
