Motorists and pedestrians will be hit by delays on one of Marlow’s busiest stretches of road next week.

Transport for Buckinghamshire is replacing the pavement on Chapel Street for at least four days starting on Monday.

The works will stretch from the junction with the B482 and the pedestrian crossing near Cedar Court.

A pavement closure and temporary traffic lights will be in place between 9.30am and 3.30pm each day.

Crews say they will try to keep access open for residents and businesses for as long as possible, and have urged motorists to remove any vehicles from the stretch.

In October, temporary traffic lights further up the road on West Street caused havoc for motorists who complained of long queues to pass through Marlow.
