The swinging sixties come to Marlow this weekend with a class focussing on the radical changes in the art world during the period.
The Workers’ Educational Association brings its day school to Marlow on Saturday, March 14, with expert tuition from former BBC journalist and researcher Nicola Lowe.
Iconic images by Warhol, Hamilton and Klein will be among the artworks studied as the lesson looks at a generation of artists who threw out the rule book and developed a youthful and subversive approach to art.
The class runs from 10am to 4pm at Liston Hall in Chapel Street, Marlow, and costs £25.
