A new restaurant is bringing the allotment to the plate as it launches in a garden centre in Marlow.

The Garden Kitchen restaurant uses locally sourced ingredients and in-season produce using its links with Wyevale Garden centre where it is based.

The new restaurant is now open at the Little Marlow centre after a major overhaul.

Centre manager Peter Leach: “As a garden centre, we have the utmost respect for freshly grown ingredients, giving us the opportunity to celebrate our link with the garden and nature and share that with our customers.”

He said that staff at the restaurant, which follows a new trend for ‘garden to kitchen’ cooking, are on hand to give advice on which ingredients are in-season.
