THE sub-station car park, currently used by staff at the West Street store, will be leased back to Wycombe District Council, Waitrose has confirmed.
The fenced off area within Riley Road car park will be handed over when Waitrose moves to its new location in Liston Road/Chapel Street.
Sainsbury's say an upgrade to the car park combined with the space in the compound will bring an extra 46 parking spaces – making 200 in the car park in total.
