A CAFE in Princes Risborough has been given retrospective planning permission.
Senay's Tea House has been in Duke Street for about a year.
At the end of April owners put in planning permission for a change of use from a shop to a cafe.
Planning officers granted the planning permission last month through their delegated powers.
A number of letters of support were posted on the application including one from Steven Aldus, who runs the Risborough Art Gallery, said: "Duke Street remains the quiet end of Risborough and thus anything that tries to rectify this surely should be supported.
"As a business in Duke Street I welcome any increase in footfall and by changing the use of this unit I believe it will be a positive step towards this."
