Residents can have their say on plans to relocate Princes Risborough Post Office in a new public consultation.
The Post Office could move 200 metres from its current location in Lloyds Pharmacy on High Street to the former Tourist Information Centre in Horns Lane.
The former Tourist Information Centre will undergo refurbishment to brighten up the new Post Office with four serving positions and will also house a card and gift store.
The move would see the Post Office open Monday to Saturday from 9am to 5.30pm, an extra five hours a week.
Julia Marwood, Retail Network Manager, said: “We understand how important having a Post Office is to residents in Princes Risborough and we are confident this new modern branch will meet the needs of the local community and secure services for the future.”
Residents can submit their comments on the move until Friday, May 1. Feedback can be sent by Freepost to Post Office Ltd, email comments@postoffice.co.uk, or call 08457 22 33 44.
Customers can also share their views on the proposed move with an online questionnaire at www.postofficeviews.co.uk.
