A HUGE range of sports and activities – from tap dance to kick boxing - are available for sporting newcomers to try out thanks to a new scheme.
A programme of sport and exercise called ‘Give it a Go Week’ is being run by Reactivate Bucks.
More than 600 sports clubs in the area and leisure centres are involved.
Indoor and outdoor activities - both gentle and high energy - are on offer including tennis, badminton, football for the over 35’s, cheerleading, adult hip-hop, rowing and polenastics.
It will run from February 15 to 21.
Some of the activities by area are as follows:
- Ju Jitsu in Amersham
- Judo, Ju Jitsu, Freestyle gym, Adult tap dance, Golf - in High Wycombe
- Sculling and rowing in Marlow
- Kick boxing in Beaconsfield
- Hockey in Iver
- Softball in Chalfont Adult
- Street Dance in Aylesbury
