PREMIER Inn has submitted a planning application to extend its hotel in Loudwater by 28 rooms.

1 Graham Cottages Main Road Lacey Green Buckinghamshire HP27 0PL - Householder application for part first floor, part single storey, part two storey front/side extension.
48-50 Dean Street Marlow Buckinghamshire SL7 3AE - Crown lift Lime to approximately 4-5 metres above ground level and side lateral reduction of the branch length away from the building of approximately 1.5 - 2 metres to a suitable branch union.
Arcadia Main Road Lacey Green Buckinghamshire HP27 0PL - Reduce overextended limbs by a maximum of 2 metres, reduce branches emanating from wound at the top of the tree by up to 3 metres and crown thin by up to 10% to Cedar T1.

Premier Inn High Wycombe London Road Loudwater Buckinghamshire HP10 9YL - Construction of new detached part two storey/part three storey building to create 28 bedrooms, linen and plant room incorporating basement parking to rear of existing hotel.
