A 22-year-old artist from Princes Risborough held her first exhibition last week which included a painting of the late music icon David Bowie.

The event, which took place on Saturday evening at Three Chairs Grooming in Duke's Street, was attended by more than 60 guests.

Young artist Hayley Beale specialises in painting iconic musicians and the works on display included Debbie Harry, Keith Richards, Johnny Cash and Jimi Hendrix.

Ms Beale said: "As a young artist it was fantastic to have the opportunity to showcase my work.

"Bucks has a thriving creative community. To be supported by Three Chairs Grooming and be introduced to people with an interest in art was a very valuable experience for me."

Ryan Bartlett, Director of Three Chairs Grooming said: "As a local creative business it’s really important to us to support other creatives in the area.

"This was a great opportunity to introduce Hayley’s work to a new audience and give our clients the opportunity to enjoy a relaxed evening out. We are looking forward to holding more events in the future."
