Hearing Dogs for Deaf People’s Spring Open Day takes place at their 27 acre Saunderton site on Saturday. National Events Manager, Melanie Tyrer, said: “Last year over 1,300 visitors had a fun day with us, and we hope this year will be even bigger and better. Visitors will have the chance to watch one of our famous demonstrations and see our clever dogs in action.” The event takes place from 11am until 4pm.
The next meeting on the Risborough Area Community Forum takes place on April 18. The RACP comprises of representatives from churches, schools, leisure groups and businesses in the area as well as the council and police. For more information contact joint chair Miv Hughes on hughesmiv@gmail.com.
