BLUES boss Gareth Ainsworth revealed the secret behind success at Rotherham - watching his own post-match interview from Saturday's loss at Northampton.
He said he wasn't his usual upbeat self after a 3-1 defeat at Sixfields and felt his black mood might rub off onto his players.
Since then he's been having nothing but positive thoughts - and he said that was key to securing a 3-2 win in Yorkshire on Tuesday night.
Ainsworth said: "I was a bit down in the interview after the game on Saturday. I thought, 'that's not me, I'm positive', so I've made sure I've been positive from the moment I stopped talking to you lot [the press] and been getting them all back up again.
"It was really important I had to lift the spirits."
