SHOLTO Carnegie continued Marlow Rowing Club’s record year by winning the Junior GB trials.

Having won the Marlow Long Distance Sculls recently, Carnegie took that form to the national stage to win by 21 seconds.

Charlie Simon and Harry Glenister finished just inside and outside the top 30, while Rosalind Wilson was the fastest J16 girl and came fifth in the J18 race.

Meanwhile, Carnegie, Glenister, Simon and Josh Kent, above, joined forces to win the Fours Head in the fastest time since 1998.
