WASPS will be targeting a ninth home victory in a row when Bath come to Wycombe on Sunday but, more importantly, they could squeeze into the play-off places with a win.
They would need other results to go their way, but it says something about the form Wasps have found that it’s even a possibility.
Director of rugby Dai Young said: “We have an opportunity this Sunday against Bath to go into the league break in a good position so it’s a big game for us.
“Bath are incredibly difficult to score tries against and are one of the top defensive sides in the league so we know what a challenge they will bring to Adams Park.
“They will be targeting this as a game to help them move up the table as well so we’ll be in for a real battle.”
