Calm before the storm for Wasps
WASPS will have a week off after Worcester tonight to prepare for a run of games that would test the mettle of any team.
Northampton, Saracens and Leinster come to Wycombe over successive weekends, before Wasps end a daunting run with a trip to Leicester.
Director of rugby Dai Young said: “This league is very attritional week in week out. You get very little rest and after the Worcester game I think we will be having our first weekend off since September.
“The guys I fielded at the weekend had already put in four or five big performances in a row before that and I think that showed.
“So a dip like that is always to be expected I think and it is about how we react and bounce back that will be really important.”
