BEACONSFIELD Sycob are still in the hunt for promotion after they won 4-1 at Barton Rovers in Southern League Central Division.

The victory means they are sixth in the table, one place out of the play-off positions with a game in hand on fourth-placed Royston.

Meanwhile, Chalfont St Peter lost 4-0 at Godalming Town a week after putting seven past Woodford.
