CHESHAM United were within three minutes of completing the double over Southern Premier League champions Leamington last night.
They led 1-0 thanks to James Potten's goal after 44 minutes, but Leamington snatched a pont with an 87th minute equaliser at The Meadow.
Chesham were going for a second 1-0 win over the title favourites after winning away just two weeks ago.
Meanwhile, in Division One Central, Chalfont St Peter were 5-1 winners over Woodford United.
