On the run with Handy Cross
HANDY Cross Runners are launching another ten-week running course for adult beginners.
The 90 minute session will include a warm up period of mobility exercises, then a progressive programme of running and walking, a cool down period and finally some stretching exercises.
The sessions are free of charge and start at 7pm from Wednesday, September 25.
