Micklefield Judo Club enjoyed a successful weekend
MICKLEFIELD Judo Club signed off 2013 with a cabinet's-worth of silverware at the weekend.
Senior Chris Lane won a silver at the Northern Home Counties Kyu Grade Championships in High Wycombe on Saturday, before a batch of medals came 24 hours later.
Competing in the mini mon at the same venue, gold medals went to Kim Day, Alisa Sydykova, Samir Sydykov, Daniel Canko and Nikita Romanovskis.
Emils Canko, Samuel Abbas, Nicole Dodge, Andrejs Romanovskis and Owen Burton added silvers with bronzes going to Tyrese Yearwood, Jake Mendy and Ben Morgan.
