Craig Burgess has led Amersham to two wins on the bounce
AMESHAM & Chiltern RFC battled to a hard-fought 12-8 victory away at Chippenham in National League 3 South West.
After beating Brixham the previous weekend, they will try to make it three in a row at home to Barnstaple on Saturday.
Meanwhile, in South West One East, Marlow enjoyed a crucial 24-20 triumph over Buckingham to leapfrog them in the table, while High Wycombe won 15-0 at Alchester in Southern Counties North.
Elsewhere, Beaconsfield drew 13-13 with HAC in London 2 North West.
