SIR William Borlase’s are Bucks schools hockey champions after a flawless performance in a five-team round robin at Dr Challoner's.
They met Stowe, RGS High Wycombe, John Hampden and Dr Challoner’s but won all four matches to take the title.
Stowe were beaten 2-1 before Sir William Borlase’s raised the tempo to win their next three matches 4-0, 6-2 and 4-1.
The victory is a result of an intensive training programme that has been in place since September and included a trip to Amsterdam to take on some of the best teams in Holland.
They will now take part in the South of England heats in March.
