CHESHAM United's hopes of making the final of the Berks and Bucks Cup will again have to wait another day after their semi final tie was postponed for a fourth time.
Tonight's match with Aylesbury United was switched to their Meadow ground after Leighton Town's home - where the Ducks groundshare - was waterlogged and three previous attempts to play the game were called off.
But the bad weather has struck again, with tonight's game also falling by the wayside and leaving finalists Beaconsfield SYCOB with an even longer wait to find out their opponents.
It may prove a blessing in disguise for manager Andy Leese though, who was set to ring the changes tonight with his side facing the prospect of three games in five days.
He said: "As much as I love the Berks and Bucks Cup and as prestigious as it is, I'm more concerned about the league games so we'll probably choose to rest a few."
