CHESHAM United enjoyed a good weekend in the Southern Premier League without even playing, but Chalfont St Peter and Beaconsfield were both beaten in Division One Central.
Chesham don't play until tomorrow night, but Hemel Hempstead missed the chance to stretch their lead to 11 points with a 1-0 defeat to Redditch.
Meanwhile, Chalfont St Peter's improved form came unstuck with a 1-0 home defeat to Aylesbury, while Beaconsfield's promotion chances were dented by a 1-0 to Chertsey.
Elsewhere, Marlow were 3-2 winners over Aylesbury United.
