CHESHAM United are just two results behind Hemel Hempstead after clawing back two more Southern Premier League points last night.

They won 3-1 at Burnham while Hemel could only draw at home with Cambridge City.

Chesham raced into a 3-0 lead with goals from Drew Roberts, Chris Dillon and Laurie Stewart before Burnham pulled on back late on.

That was Chesham's ninth win in ten games while, in the same stretch, Hemel have lost three and drawn one.

Chesham go to fourth-placed Cambridge City on Saturday while Hemel take on Arlesey.
