MARLOW RFC have appointed former Wasp Richard Kinsey as their new head coach as they battle relegation in the South West 1 East league.
Kinsey, who replaces John Brodley, played 93 times for the black and golds between 1990 and 1998 and coached Marlow to the double in his first spell as coach in 2002.
He takes over a team just one point off the bottom two after their 17-17 draw with Maidenhead last weekend.
His first game is against Witney on Saturday.
