JONAH Holmes will be at Wasps next season after a season-long loan at Leeds, where he has been morphing from a scrum half to a winger.

Holmes was recalled by Wasps to play against Saracens on Saturday and scored one try before the interval and was held up trying to add a second after it.

Dai Young said: “Switching from nine to wing, he needed bags of game time. He could’ve ended up having four or five games here, but he’s gone there and had 25.

“The experience has been worthwhile and he’ll come back a much better player.”
