LOANEE Reece Styche has been released by Forest Green Rovers.

The striker joined Wanderers in January on a loan deal from the Skrill Premier side until the end of the season.

But it was confirmed this week he is one of ten players being released by the Gloucestershire outfit as manager Ady Pennock looks to reshape his squad for next season.

Pennock told the Stroud News and Journal: "Ed Asafu-Adjaye, Paul Green and Reece Styche have all been top class professionals, on and off the pitch. I wish them all of them the best for the rest of the careers in football."

Styche, who became a Gibraltar international earlier this season, had previously indicated he was keen on making the move to Adams Park permanent.

The former plumber has played 14 times for Wanderers this season but is still to score his first Football League goal.
