MARLOW CC are back on top of the Thames Valley League after winning away at Wokingham.
Wokingham were above Marlow at the start of play, but five wickets from Paul Brzezicki (5-33 from 14 overs) gave Marlow the upper hand as they dismissed their hosts for just 103.
Father and son Graeme and Nick Paskins got them off to a solid start with the bat, putting on 25 for the first wicket, but wickets fell steadily after that with no one getting past their scores of 17.
However, they had just enough to get home, closing on 104-8.
Meanwhile, Beaconsfield's revival will have to wait another week after they lost a tight game at home to Eversley.
They made 183-7, with the visitors reaching 184-9.
