GREAT Marlow School Boat Club have had a week to remember on the water with two pupils earning calls up for Great Britain and a host of regatta wins up and down the country.
First to Nottingham, where Ross Honey and Edward Nunn earned their GB call ups for an international match against France next week.
The J16s finished a full eight seconds ahead of second place in the trials to win their place in the team.
Meanwhile, Lottie Hughes, who will cox for the eights at the Henley Royal Regatta, stepped in to cox for a boys crew from Sir Williams Borlase’s and helped them row through the leaders in the final 100m to earn their call up as well.
Elsewhere, Great Marlow School have had a busy spell with four regattas in two weeks.
The younger crews raced at Thames Valley Park and Reading Town where both the J14 boys and J14 girls made the finals at both events.
The senior girls raced at Henley Women’s Regatta losing to the eventual winners in an early round, but then coming back to win junior girls four and IM2 fours at Thames Valley Park and Reading Town regattas.
Meanwhile, the boys senior eight confirmed their place at Henley by being the fastest crew into the B final of IM2 eights at Marlow at Dorney.
