CHARLOTTE Edwards will bring her Ashes winning England Women's team to Wormsley next month for a four-day Test match against India.
It will be the first time the sides have met in a Test match for almost a decade, with the Stokenchurch ground being chosen as the venue.
The first day of the Test will be Wednesday, August 13.
The sides last met at Wormsley two years ago at the conclusion of a thrilling one day series, with England winning the decider to claim the series 3-2.
But India were the victors in the last Test match between the sides, winning at Taunton in 2006.
