MARLOW are competing at the wrong end of the Southern League Central table after conceding eight goals in two games this week.
They were beaten 3-0 at Northwood on Saturday but went from bad to worse last night, when they were hammered 5-1 by Aylesbury United.
They are now 17th in the table with eight points from eight games.
They have a weekend to regroup though now, after losing their opening FA Cup match to lower-league opponents a fortnight ago.
