GOALKEEPER Matt Ingram played against Portsmouth on Saturday despite spending the days leading up to the game on his sickbed.
Coach Barry Richardson revealed the 20-year-old wasn't able to train for the latter part of last week due to a stomach bug.
It didn't stop Ingram pulling off a couple of impressive saves as Wanderers held on for a point in a 1-1 draw at Fratton Park.
Richardson - who would have been in line to play had Ingram not been well enough, with Wanderers' other two keepers both out on loan - tweeted after the game: "Commitment comes in many forms, one being Matt Ingram. Ill in bed since Wednesday with a stomach bug, not trained at all. Well done young man.
"Committed players driven on by committed staff and committed supporters."
