Chesham United will face Bradford City in the second round of the FA Cup after the Bantams won 2-0 in a replay against Aldershot Town last night.
Greg Leigh scored a clever chip just after the hour before Tony McMahon doubled the lead with a penalty in the 76th minute after Luke James had been fouled.
Bradford, who are in League One and are one of the highest ranked teams in the second round, struggled to break down Aldershot in the first half.
The match will be played at Valley Parade on Sunday, 6 December with Chesham looking to reach the third round for the second time in the club’s history.
Bradford have a strong recent record in the FA Cup having reached the quarter-final last year where they lost 3-0 against Reading.
