It was a disappointing weekend for Bucks non-league sides as none of the six teams that played managed to record a win.

Chesham United’s patchy form continued on Saturday as they fell to a 3-1 defeat against Cirencester Town.

Curtis Ujah got the only goal for the Generals in a defeat which means they have lost three of their last four Evo-Stik Southern Premier Division matches and remain 19th in the Table.

Chalfont St Peter’s poor slump continued as they fell to a second loss in a row at the hands of local rivals Kings Langley.

The Saints were two down by half-time after David Hutton’s strike was inadvertently added to by a Jack Mullan own goal.

Hutton made it 3-0 before Victor Osobu grabbed an 84th minute consolation for the away side who are now fifth in the Evo-Stik Southern South Central Division.

In the same division Beaconsfield SYCOB’s good vein of form came to an abrupt end as they were thumped 4-0 by Royston Town.

In Division One South & West, Marlow missed out on the chance to record back to back wins as their match against Mangotsfield United was postponed.

After four wins on the bounce Holmer Green’s bubble was well and truly burst by an imperious Tring Athletic who comfortably beat them 5-1 in the Spartan South Midland Premier Division.

Elsewhere, Risborough Rangers were indebted to 16-year-old Geri Nicosia as he scored twice to salvage a 2-2 draw against Langford in the Spartan South Midlands Division One.

The match also saw Rangers goalkeeper Jack Brooker save a penalty with 10 minutes remaining, but his efforts were ultimately undone as he conceded a late equaliser a minute from time.

Flackwell Heath saw their Uhlsport Hellenic League Premier Division match against a struggling Tuffley Rovers side called off.

Finally, Amersham Town did not play and will return to action on Saturday when they take on Stony Stratford Town.
