Wycombe midfielder Luke O'Nien will serve a one-match suspension after the FA rejected the club's appeal against the red card shown to the 22-year-old during Saturday's 4-3 win over Carlisle United.
O'Nien was dismissed for denying an obvious goalscoring opportunity by deliberately handling the ball in the 47th minute of the fixture.
The appeal was heard by a Regulatory Commission on Tuesday afternoon but the decision was upheld, and O'Nien will now miss Saturday's trip to Exeter City.
