Bucks suffered mixed fortunes in their Unicorns Counties T20 double-header against neighbours Berkshire at Amersham on Monday.

After securing an exciting three-wicket victory in the first game, Bucks suffered a hefty eight-wicket defeat in the second.

The first contest was a nail-biter.

Berkshire scored 153-7 from their 20 overs, thanks to a half-century from Dan Lincoln. Skipper Tom Hampton was the pick of the bowlers with 2-25 from his four overs.

Masoor Khan, with 39 from 30 balls, gave the hosts a flying start to their reply, before Garry Park steered them home to victory with just two balls spare with an unbeaten 51.

Bucks's joy did not last long, as batting first in the second game, they slumped from 65-2 to 98 all out. Park again top-scored with 23.

Berkshire sped to an eight-wicket victory in just 10.1 overs.
