WYCOMBE Wanderers have secured Jo Kuffour’s services until the end of next season.

The striker joined on a one-month loan initially, but with Stuart Beavon going to Preston North End the club have moved quickly to extend his stay.

He made his debut off the bench against Southend last Saturday.

Speaking to the club’s official website, he said: “I’m pleased to get it all sorted.

“It’s been a long time and I just want to get the shirt on now and give 100 per cent for myself, my family and the fans.

“I would like to thank God for giving me another opportunity to continue playing football which I love. It’s a great feeling.”

"Dont panic Mr Mainwaring" Sorry Jo but from what I have seen so far this season you are a very lucky man to get a contract at all. That said I will be very happy for you to prove me wrong.
