SCOTLAND U21 international keeper Jordan Archer has joined Wanderers on an emergency loan deal.

Caretaker manager Gareth Ainsworth has dipped into the transfer market for the first time to bring the 20-year-old to Adams Park from Tottenham Hotspur.

Archer, who has joined on a seven day emergency loan, would be making his Football League debut if, as expected, as plays at Dagenham and Redbridge on Saturday.

He has been signed as cover with Nikki Bull and Matt Ingram still recovering from injury.

Elliot Parish, who saved a penalty against AFC Wimbledon on Saturday, has returned to parent club Cardiff City.
