CRAWLEY Town boss John Gregory has hinted a deal for out-of-contract Wanderers defender Anthony Stewart could be on the table.

The 21-year-old featured again as a trialist for the Reds last night, playing the final half an hour against a Woking side featuring three former Wanderers players.

Gregory, himself formerly in charge at Adams Park, said after Crawley's 2-1 win at Kingfield: "Anthony looked very solid and won a lot of headers at the back.

"There's two lads we'll look at. They're not huge salaries, they might be two more we might consider bringing into the club in the next week or so."
