Danny Rowe has left Wanderers after Rotherham recalled the defender from his loan spell at Adams Park.
The 19-year-old spent part of last season on loan at Blues and returned in the summer for a second stint but leaves the club after Steve Evans activated a recall clause.
Rowe made 18 appearances for Blues this season but has featured only three times in 2015.
Manager Gareth Ainsworth said: “Danny’s been a fantastic character to have around the squad and he’s someone you know you can rely on every time he steps onto the pitch.
“I’d like to thank him for all his efforts and also thanks to Steve Evans for allowing him to continue his development with us.
“It’s a blow to lose Danny when we have a small but tight-knit squad, but we respect Rotherham’s decision and we wish him well.”
